NATIONS CUP - 2025 - GRIMMA KART CENTER (GER)

ENTRY FORM

TEAMS/SIGN UP PROCEDURE:

  • Up to 30 teams with 2 to 5 drivers each.
  • Every team must have a captain that is no necessarily a driver. The team captain is the one that will keep contact with the organization and will be responsible for settling accounts with the organization.
  • Team captain will sign up informing his contact data, the country the team will represent and the team name. At this point he will not be able to inform the drivers.
  • Team captain will receive contact through w.app or e-mail requesting payment of the entry fee.
  • When payment is received the team will enter the team entry list. Only then the captain will be able to enter the drivers in the team. The form will also request the phone number with the area and country code of the driver. The system will not allow that a driver is inserted into a team if he´s already part of another team.
  • The limit date to insert your drivers is JULY 25th at 20:00 local time. After this time the system will close and no changes will be allowed.
  • Once payment is made there is no refund, so please be sure before you sign up and pay.

 CONSENT FORM 

1) I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE WITH REGULATIONS OF THIS CHAMPIONSHIP.

2) I DECLARE BEING IN PERFECT PHISICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH CONDITION, BEING APT TO COMPETE IN A RENTAL KART COMPETITION.

3) I DECLARE THAT I AM AWARE OF THE DANGER INHERENT IN TRAINING AND KART RACING (SPEED, CLIMATE, AMBIENTAL CIRCUMSTANCES, TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT AND NATURAL RISKS).

4) I DECLARE THAT I WILL RESPECT THE MORAL AND PHISICAL INTEGRITY AND THE PROPRIETY OF THE OTHER DRIVERS, ORGANIZERS, KART TRACK AND THIRD PARTIES.

5) I DECLARE THAT I ASSUME TOTAL CRIMINAL AND INDIVIDUAL CIVIL RESPONSABILITY TOWARDS ANY PHISICAL, MATERIAL, MORAL DAMAGE THAT I MAY SUFFER OR CAUSE TO OTHER PEOPLE. REASON WHY THE ORGANIZERS AND THE KART TRACK ARE EXEMPRT OF ANY CIVIL OR CRIMINAL LIABILITY BY ANYONE INVOLVED IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP.

6) I AUTHORIZE THE USE OF IMAGES IN SOCIAL MEDIA.

7) I DECLARE THAT IF I HAVE SIGNED UP A MINOR, THAT NOT ONLY I’M AWARE OF THE RISKS, BUT HE WILL BE A ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES AND THAT THIS ADULT COMPANY WILL REGISTER HIMSELF AT THE TRACK RECEPTION AS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MINOR.
